Jewelry appraisals are performed to provide retail replacement value for insurance purposes or “fair market value” for estate tax purposes. All appraisals include full documentation consisting of weights, measurements, full descriptions and photographs of all items.
Pricing is generally $75.00 for the first item and $40.00 for each additional item.
Appraisals can be performed at our Princeton location. In-store while you wait appointments can be scheduled. Drop off service for later pickups are available without appointment, schedule permitting.
